WMAAA collaborates with health partners in West Michigan and serves as a connection to other resources to assist those who contact us.

CERTIFIED NAVIGATORS

Certified navigators assist members of their community in navigating the intricacies of the American health care system, come from each of the many Asian ethnic communities and speak the language, know the culture, and are actively involved in their respective communities.

They are trained to assist consumers in health insurance enrollment to the Marketplace (Affordable Care Act/ Obamacare) and Healthy Michigan Plans (Medicaid).
